Orders & Products

Are your products really 3D printed?

Yep! Every piece is 3D printed by us in Southern California. Because of the nature of 3D printing, you may notice small layer lines or slight variations between pieces. These are normal characteristics of the printing process and make each piece a little unique.

Can I request a different color?

Usually, yes! We have a growing collection of filament colors and love creating unique combinations. If you have something specific in mind, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what we can do.

Why does my print look slightly different from the photo?

Filament colors, gradients, and multicolor patterns can naturally vary from print to print. Your piece may not look exactly like the example pictured—and that’s part of what makes it uniquely yours.

Are your articulated prints supposed to move?

Yes! Many of our dragons, animals, fidgets, and other creations are printed fully articulated, meaning their joints are designed to move right off the print bed. No assembly required!

Are your products suitable for children?

Many of our prints contain small parts, movable joints, or decorative details and may not be suitable for young children. Please use appropriate adult supervision and review any product-specific information before purchasing.

What materials do you use?

Most of our products are printed using PLA, a popular material for 3D printing. Materials may vary for certain products, so feel free to contact us if you have a question about a specific item.

Custom Orders & Personalization

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! Custom creations are one of our favorite parts of what we do. Whether you're looking for a different color, personalized piece, party favors, or have an idea you want to bring to life, send us a message through our Custom Printing page and tell us what you're dreaming up.

Can I choose custom colors?

Yes! If you see something you love but want it in a different color or color combination, reach out to us. We'll let you know what colors we have available and what will work best for the design.

Can you make something I don't see on your website?

Maybe—and we love a challenge! Tell us what you're looking for and we'll see what we can do. Not every idea is possible to print, but we're always happy to explore the possibilities with you.

Do you make party favors or bulk orders?

We do! We can create custom favors and larger quantities for birthdays, weddings, celebrations, businesses, teams, and other events. Contact us with what you have in mind, approximately how many you need, and when you need them.

How long do custom orders take?

Turnaround time depends on the design, quantity, printing time, and our current workload. We'll discuss timing with you before your custom order is finalized—especially if you need it by a specific date.

Can you recreate any character, logo, or design I send you?

Not always. Some characters, logos, artwork, and designs are protected by copyright or trademark, and some 3D models have licensing restrictions. We'll let you know if we're able to make and sell the design you're requesting or help you explore another option.

Shipping, Pickup & Markets

Do you ship?

Yes! We ship orders throughout the United States. Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Retail orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. Free shipping applies to retail orders only and does not apply to commercial, wholesale, or bulk orders. Shipping for commercial orders will be quoted separately based on the size and details of the order.

Can I pick up my online order at one of your markets?

Absolutely! If you're local, we're happy to arrange pickup at one of the markets or events we're attending. Just let us know you'd like market pickup and we'll coordinate the best date and location with you. Please contact us before check out to ensure you are not charged for shipping.

Where can I find you in person?

We regularly attend markets and special events throughout Southern California, including the Corona and Murrieta Farmers Markets. Check our Market Schedule for upcoming dates, locations, and special events.

How long will my order take to ship?

Because our products are 3D printed and some items may be made to order, processing times can vary. We'll get your order printed, packed, and on its way as quickly as possible. Custom and larger orders may require additional time.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or has an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We'll review the situation and work with you on the appropriate solution. Damage caused by normal wear, accidents, improper handling, excessive heat, or misuse may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Care, Safety & Your Prints

How should I care for my 3D-printed items?

Keep your prints away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight. High temperatures can cause some 3D-printed materials to soften or warp, so we don’t recommend leaving them in a hot car.

Can my 3D print get wet?

A little water usually isn’t a problem, but our prints are not designed to be submerged or used in a dishwasher. If needed, gently wipe them clean with a soft, damp cloth.

What happens if a piece breaks?

Please reach out to us within 7 days after receiving your order if your item arrives damaged or you discover an issue. Send us your order information along with photos of the damaged piece, and we’ll review the situation and work with you on the best solution. Damage caused by normal wear, improper handling, excessive heat, or accidents may not qualify for a replacement.

Are 3D-printed items toys?

Unless specifically stated in the product listing, our products are intended as collectibles, décor, fidgets, or novelty items and are not intended for small children under the age of 5. Some designs may contain small parts or articulated pieces that could present a choking hazard.

Why can I see lines or small imperfections on my print?

Layer lines and minor variations are a normal part of the 3D-printing process. Because every item is individually printed, you may notice slight differences from piece to piece—that’s part of what makes each print unique.

Will the colors look exactly like they do online?

We do our best to photograph colors accurately, but filament colors can appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and the individual filament. Multi-color and gradient filaments can also make every print a little different.
